RESIDENTIAL LAUNDRY SERVICE

Our service is designed around the gentle and discrete care required for your personal laundry. Clothing, delicates, and linens get individual care from our cleaning specialists. Our trained laundry professionals are taught to treat each and every load of laundry like we would treat our own, so you can feel confident knowing the very best care is being taken with your clothes.
WE CARE FOR YOUR LAUNDRY AS WE WOULD CARE FOR OUR OWN: Once received your laundry will be tagged and processed. All pockets will be checked, and your laundry will be separated by whites, colors and delicates. If you have items you would like pre-treated, please bag them separately with a note. All white items are washed in hot water with detergent and softener. After washing, clothes are given a cool water rinse. Dark clothing and delicates are washed in cold water with detergent and softener. After washing, clothes are given a cool water rinse. All items are dried separately in gas dryers on low to medium heat. Each order is washed separately and tagged throughout the process to ensure your items never mingle with other orders. Your items will be washed and promptly folded to reduce wrinkling. Your laundry is returned neatly folded and professionally packaged for privacy and protection. We currently don’t offer dry cleaning so please make sure all your items are machine washable.
LAUNDRY DETERGENTS ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCES – PERFECT FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AND SENSITIVE SKIN: We use only the highest quality detergents, bleaches, and fabric softeners (optional). We offer environmentally friendly ECOS detergent, ALL allergy free, and non-chlorine bleach upon request. Your items will then be dried, promptly folded, and neatly bundled to reduce wrinkling.
REASONABLE PRICE AND QUICK TURNAROUND: Generally, the turnaround for wash & fold orders is 8-12 hours. If your wash & fold order also contains stain removal or laundered items this order will be delivered separately. Pick up and delivery can be arranged from your home or hotel at a schedule that suits your needs.

Hand-wash, air-dry, stain treat, low heat - endless options to customize your order. Want your blouses hand-washed? No problem! Prefer your sweaters to be air-dried? You got it! Customize your order to YOUR specifications for no additional charge. Our goal is to clean your laundry exactly the way you want us to.
Pickup & Delivery
We come to you, whether it’s your house, apartment or your hotel! Convenience is our middle name. Just specify your location preferences during placing order. With invoices more than 99.000 VND, we offer free Pickup & Delivery within radius of 2 km, further locations will be charged 40.000 - 60.000 VND depend on distance.
